Sansiri completed sales of all units at another two key projects valued at almost 3 Billion Baht in total – ‘THE BASE Chaengwattana’ and ‘dVieng Santitham Chiang Mai’

The immense and continuous sales successes of Sansiri this year have already hit many headlines in the Thai real estate scene, generating impressive responses from current and potential customers from both Bangkok and upcountry provinces. The latest development in this success series is the announcement that another two projects with a combined valued of almost 3 Billion Baht – ‘THE BASE Chaengwattana’ and ‘dVieng Santitham Chiang Mai’ – have now been sold out. ‘THE BASE Chaengwattana’ is a 2,470-Million-Baht ready-to-move-in condominium project located in close proximity to the THE GOVERNMENT COMPLEX and a host of state enterprise offices. ‘dVIENG Santitham Chiang Mai’ is a 450-Million-Baht boutique condominium development located at the heart of Chiang Mai’s popular district. Another three ‘Setthasiri’ single-house projects – ‘Setthasiri Ratchaphruek-Charan 2’, ‘Setthasiri Chaiyaphruek-Chaengwattana’, and, ‘Setthasiri Watcharapol’ – are also poised to be completely sold out soon, adding to the company’s confidence in meeting its Q2-2015 new sales target of 13 Billion Baht. 




 
Sansiri revealed that, “We are delighted to announce that we have recently completed the sales of all units at another two condominium projects worth a combined valued of almost 3 Billion Baht – ‘THE BASE Chaengwattana’ and ‘dVIENG Santitham Chiang Mai’. ‘THE BASE Chaengwattana’ is a 2,470-Million-Baht ready-to-move-in condominium project located in close proximity to the GOVERNMENT COMPLEX and a host of state enterprise offices. ‘dVIENG Santitham Chiang Mai’ is a 450-Million-Baht boutique condominium development located located at the pulsating heart of Chiang Mai’s popular residential district.  ‘dVIENG Santitham’ in particular was sold out in only the first two days of its presale period, between 4th-7th June 2015. Also, we are pleased to announce that ‘dcondo Hyde Chiang Rai’, Sansiri’s first condominium development in Thailand’s northernmost province, located just opposite Central Department Store Chiang Rai, has also sold 60% of its units – all of which are now in the ownership transfer process.” 
In addition to recent sell-outs of many condominium projects by Sansiri which have made headlines this year, another three single-house developments under the brand ‘Setthasiri’ are also poised to be sold out soon. They include ‘Setthasiri Ratchaphruek-Charan 2’, ‘Setthasiri Chaiyaphruek-Chaengwattana’, and, ‘Setthasiri Watcharapol’

‘Setthasiri Ratchaphruek-Charan 2’ has only two remaining units out of the total 84 units. The last two units are available at special prices, starting at only 17 Million Baht.

‘Setthasiri Watcharapol’ has only two remaining units out of the total 184 units. The last two units are available at special prices, starting at only 8.39 Million Baht, plus a waiver of all ‘transfer-day’ expenses and complimentary PASAYA curtains for the entire house.

‘Setthasiri Chaiyaphruek-Chaengwattana’ has only six remaining units out of the total 276 units. The last six units are available at special prices, starting at only 8.99 Million Baht, plus a waiver of all ‘transfer-day’ expenses and the eligibility to buy furniture at special prices.
