Sansiri begins 2016 on high note ‘THE BASE Park West Sukhumvit 77’ sold out in the New Year smd New ready-to-move-in project ‘Hasu Haus’ ready in March

Sansiri started New Year 2016 on a strong note by closing the sale on “THE BASE Park West Sukhumvit 77” early in the year. This phenomenon was due to the attractive return from the rental rate of 7-8% which has attracted both Thai and foreign customers with a ratio of 83 percent Thai and 17 percent foreigners. The Company is also set to introduce “Hasu Haus” which will be completed and ready for occupancy in March, while also planning to create “T77” or “Sansiri Town Sukhumvit 77” into a hub for living with complete lifestyle.
 
Sansiri Plc, revealed that the company succeeded in closing the sale of “THE BASE Park West Sukhumvit 77” condominium totaling 711 units worth 1,800 million baht within the first few days of 2016. The project was well received by both Thai and foreign customers because of the expected from the rental rate of 7-8% – ideal for either private occupancy or for investment. The customer ratio is 83 percent Thai and 17 percent foreigners most of whom are Hong Kong residents, Singaporeans and Taiwanese.

THE BASE Park West Sukhumvit 77 condominium project is situated in T77 (Town 77) whose full name is “Sansiri Town Sukhumvit 77” which is considered to be one of Sansiri’s mega projects. This name is not just used as a description of the size of the project, but also means the “dream and determination” of Sansiri to develop the Sukhumvit 77 area to be the hub for living with complete lifestyle. It consists of many types of accommodation now totaling six projects worth 8,700 million baht covering 5,000 units, namely, Blocks 77, THE BASE Sukhumvit 77, THE BASE Park East Sukhumvit 77, THE BASE Park West Sukhumvit 77 and Garden Square Sukhumvit 77. The latter is a high-end townhouse project with units priced from 10 million baht. The latest addition to T77 will be “Hasu Haus” low-rise condominium which is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy in March. All these developments together translate into a huge residential neighbourhood. In addition, the area will host Sansiri’s first community mall under the name “Habito” which will support the lifestyle of a high number of residents in the near future. Also planned is the Bangkok Prep – one of the most recognised international schools.
 
“The year 2016 started out well for Sansiri as we managed to close sale on THE BASE Park West Sukhumvit 77 within the first few days of the year. At the same time, we are ready to launch “Hasu Haus”, which is a 310-unit resort style condominium surrounded by nature but with a high degree of privacy. The unit price starts at 3.29 million and 80 percent have already been sold while the completion date is set for March this year. In addition, only about 10 percent remains in THE BASE Park East Sukhumvit 77 condominium project – the last high-rise development within T77. The starting price for this project is 2.3 million baht. Both these developments in T77 form a part of the most ideal neighbourhood with complete lifestyle,” Sansiri explained.
