White waves topping blue sea together with fresh breeze and warm sun conjures an imagination of sailing toward the borderless horizon. This is the source of inspiration summarized as Modern Nautical style highlighting the distinctively-designed residential building with inspiration from a sail together with balconies resembling curvy lines of white waves. In other word, residents will feel like relaxing on the deck. The landscape architecture – simply called Seascape design – provides the residents with a sanctuary linking the seaside freshness with the private residential zone boasting a multitude of facilities including a large swimming pool with salt system connecting the entire project, and a spacious communal park boasting natural beautiful panorama together with a great variety of relaxing zones.
