Premium condominium PYNE by Sansiri sells out in one day, earning 2.1 billion baht;
first quarter 2010 sales expected to close at 5 billion baht

Sansiri PCL surprised once again with a new premium condominium project PYNE by Sansiri. Next to the Ratchathewi BTS station, the project is the only tall building in the area. The entire project sold out within one day, earning over 2.1 billion baht. This greatly boosted Sansiri’s sales revenue to over 4 billion baht, and first quarter 2010 sales are expected to close at 5 billion baht.

Mr. Settha Thavisin, Managing Director of Sansiri Public Company Limited, commented on sales of PYNE by Sansiri, even though the project had not yet officially launched: "This latest project from Sansiri has been in the works for some time in order to offer the best for our customers. Thank you to our customers for such a great response. We were able to close sales within one day, thanks to an excellent and centralized location. It is right next to the Ratchathewi BTS station, making it very convenient. The building itself is also outstanding, with 42 floors and 298 units; it’s the tallest in the area. We began selling units on Wednesday, March 3, 2010, and were able to close sales that same day. This resulted in revenue of 2.1 billion baht. Currently, our sales (January-February) are up to 4 billion baht and we expect to close the first quarter 2010 at 5 billion baht.”

PYNE by Sansiri is a 42-storey high building with 298 units, including 1-bedroom units of 30 to 46.5 square meters; 2-bedrooms of 66 to 72.5 square meters; and 3-bedrooms with 98 to 113.5 square meters. Prices range from 3.9 to 17 million baht. Highlight is the convenient location, where travel is easy by both BTS and private cars. Design is another highlight, with a focus on privacy and modernity. Customers feel like they have entered another world once they come in. Facilities include a swimming pool, gym, library, and parlor for entertaining guests. The project is valued at approximately 2.1 billion baht. Construction begins in October 2010 and is expected to be completed the following September. Siam Commercial Bank PCL has arranged credit (pre-finance) of 815 million baht.
