Monday , 27 November 2017 NEWS

Sansiri celebrated overwhelming success at its largest annual promotion event “Life Comes Home 2017” for two new condominium projects – oka HAUS in Sukhumvit Soi 36 and kawa HAUS in Sukhumvit Soi 77 – thanks to the projects’ uniqueness and Siri LifeTech innovations which boosted Sansiri’s total presales value to 9,000 million baht, exceeding targeted sales set at 8,000 million baht. The company acknowledged over 34,000 million baht of accumulated pre-sales or 85% of sales target set for the entire year, paving the way for the company to sail through 2017 with new record sales.

Sansiri Public Company Limited, revealed that “Life Comes Home 2017”, held from 24-26 November, was a great success. During the three-day event, Sansiri made 9,000 million baht sales for its residential projects participating in the event. The latest condominium projects, oka HAUS and kawa HAUS, were the highlights of the events, while THE LINE Sukhumvit 71 was sold out
thanks to special offers exclusively for Life Comes Home 2017.

“In 2017, Sansiri has received a great market response for its residential projects, both in and outside Bangkok and overseas. The latest success was THE LINE Sathorn project where all 327 units were sold out, enabling the company to close sales of the 4-billion-baht project.”

The project, which is the 12th cooperation between BTS and Sansiri, was launched with online booking prices starting from 7.9 million baht, or 270,000 baht per square metre. Seventy per cent of the customers for this project were Thais, with the rest foreigners. This enabled the company to make sales of 1.3 billion baht from foreign customers.

Projects in other provinces achieving high success included the 1.1-billion-baht The Valley Khaoyai and the 830-million-baht, 575-unit dcondo Nakorn Rayong. The latter was highly successful due to its strategic location close to Rayong Industrial Estate, attracting those looking for a new residence and a sound investment.

The success of all the projects contributed to Sansiri’s overwhelming sales (from 1 January-27 November 2017) of over 34,000 million baht, the highest in the company’s history. This has secured Sansiri’s ability to achieve total annual sales of 40 billion baht against its previously adjusted sales target of 36 billion baht.

Sansiri had received an unexpectedly warm welcome from customers at “Life Comes Home 2017”. “A significant number of customers placed bookings for the two new projects launched at the event, oka HAUS and kawa HAUS. Moreover, our residential projects in the provinces, such as Baan Mai Khao Phuket and Rain Cha-am-Hua Hin, also received great responses. This great success is contributing to our ability to meet the diverse needs of customers in Bangkok and the provinces. We are cooperating with business partners who offer interesting products and new living experiences through unique campaigns and promotion packages. The result was overwhelming.”

“Life Comes Home 2017” reinforced Sansiri’s reputation as the leading property company with a commitment to advanced technology that addresses all dimensions of living. Six Siri LifeTech innovations were premiered and demonstrated, allowing customers to have first-hand experience of technology under the “Complete Your Living Experience” concept.

The technologies were SAN:DEE Delivery Bot, a robot that delivers parcels to Sansiri customers’ doors; Sansiri AI Box, a smart personal assistant enabling Sansiri residents to manage home electrical appliances with voice-activated commands in the Thai language for the first time; Farmshelf, a vertical farm innovation launched for the first time in Thailand that enables residents to grow vegetables in their condo units; Sansiri Home Service Application that enables customers to switch on and off lights and air-conditioners or book public facilities; Online Shopping SB Furniture that allows residents to choose and buy new furniture in a few clicks; and Smart Move, a car rental platform used within the project vicinity. In addition, Sansiri joins force with Samitivej Hospital in offering the Samitivej@HOME, a healthcare application for convenient access to doctors and healthcare professionals.

“From now to the end of this year, Sansiri will continue with our plan to invest $80 million or 2.8 billion baht in our six global brands according to our global vision of future living enhancement,”

“Our investment in the six technology and lifestyle businesses is a significant move in our business expansion plan achieved through strong partnership with leaders in diverse markets. The six businesses are high-growth sectors and will become the new source of income out of Thailand for Sansiri.

“We will continue our asset-light business model to create more business opportunities through partnership with leading companies and enjoy the benefits from rapid growth. Taking major stakes in those companies will bring more benefits to Sansiri’s core business. We expect to have the strongest-ever performance in the final quarter of this year in terms of presales volume, sales and profit.”
