We try to reduce social inequity under the
ZERO DROPOUT All Children Go to School
project, which aims to ensure that school-age children remain in compulsory education and reduces the number of children not in school
down to “Zero” within Three years.

The project aims to help children develop their talents and potential by providing free football lessons from professional coaches Children and youths around project communities, not just those of homeowners and employees, are able to enrol in the program. This is part of our social responsibility efforts to improve society and raise living standards.

MORTGAGES FOR DIVERSE LIFE PARTNERS

Sansiri has joined with eight bank partners in initiating a mortgage program for diverse life partners to ensure a smooth path to home ownership. The banks include Siam Commercial Bank, Bangkok Bank, Krung Thai Bank, Kasikorn Bank, Government Housing Bank, Government Savings Bank, TMB Thanachart Bank, and UOB Bank. AWARDS OF PRIDE

The organisation's standing as an equality role model has been underscored by the recognition of a "Human Rights Model Organization of the Year 2022" award from the Ministry of Justice's Rights and Liberties Protection Department and the "Network Organization Award for Gender Equality Promotion" from the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security.

BENEFITS FOR LGBTQI+
EMPLOYEES AND SAME-SEX COUPLES

Sansiri has extended more inclusive welfare benefits to employees. These include time off to get married of up to six days per year, up to thirty days a year for gender reassignment surgery, up to fifteen days per year for a life-partner/spouse's funeral, and up to seven days a year to take care of a life partner or adopted child. In addition, welfare benefits, such as vaccines, health insurance, etc., are given to all employee spouses and life partners.

“SANSIRI BACKYARD“ responds to its sustainability and environmental needs by adding green spaces and edibles in project designs.
We work with partners that believe in environmental protection to introduce "The Co-Growing Community for Sustainable Urban Living"
concept for our residents and surrounding communities to enjoy, where they can learn, experience, and live together in greener areas.

To utilise vacant land awaiting construction to the best advantage, we develop the land into green spaces for city dwellers to plant organic fruit and vegetable farms.

in housing and condominium projects by transforming them into organic farms
that can be shared with society and the community.
