The Company has a policy to pay dividends to shareholders twice a year. The first dividend payment is paid as an interim dividend and the second dividend payment as an annual dividend. The total dividend paid each year will be approximately 50 percent of net profit (based on consolidated financial statement) after deduction of all reserves as required by laws and the Company’s policies. However, such dividend payment may be subject to change as the Board of Directors deems appropriate by taken into consideration of the Company and its affiliates’ cash flow and investment plans, including other necessity and appropriateness.
The company has founded joint venture companies with BTS Group PCL. And Tokyu Corporation to develop condominium projects on potential areas in Bangkok.
The Company focuses on social development in 3 aspects, namely Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) to cover all dimensions by creating good basis for children and community, being responsible for environment, and raising the ethical awareness for employees in the organization, as all of which are the beginning of better future for the society.
  • Revenue from sales of real estate (Single-detached house, townhouse, and condominium)
  • Revenue from business management services i.e. revenue from property management, revenue from property sale/rent commission etc.
  • Revenue from hotel management services under ‘The Standard’, a global hotel brand
  • Revenue from sales of construction materials
  • Revenue from projects for rent
  • Revenue from other services (Hotel and Educational businesses)
The Company invests in related businesses both locally and globally by investing in business in alignment with Sansiri’s vision. These investment businesses will focus on the ways people live in the future including way of life, work, recreation, and learning through new technologies and media.
