Sansiri set to reap revenue at year-end Transferring 2,900-MB ‘EDGE Sukhumvit 23’.


Sansiri Public Company Limited is prepared to reap revenue towards the end of 2016, particularly with the transfer of “EDGE Sukhumvit 23”, a 2,900-million-baht downtown condominium with 443 units, where tenants are now moving in. It was pointed out that the quick ‘sold-out’ success of this project was due to its premium location in Bangkok’s and only 150 metres from BTS Asoke Station and MRT Sukhumvit Station. Also, making this project attractive was the bold “young & restless generation” concept that has attracted customers who are attracted to the extreme lifestyle. Moreover, the Sukhumvit area continues to be in high demand with the resale value of “EDGE Sukhumvit 23” now topping 200,000 baht per square metre.
 
Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI), revealed that the Company would soon tally the total revenue for the year 2016. Currently, the downtown “EDGE Sukhumvit 23” condominium with 443 units worth 2,900 million baht is ready for occupancy as from today. This latest project is the 8th project that has been transferred to customers this year, following the 100-percent transfers of HASU Haus project in the Sukhumvit 77 area, Baan Peang Ploen Hua Hin, Baan Thew Lom Cha-Am, dCondo Sign Chiang Mai, as well as projects with continuing transfer processes that are proceeding well, namely, The XXXIX, The LINE Sukhumvit 71 and the BASE Central Pattaya.
 
“‘EDGE Sukhumvit 23’ has been a mark of success since the sales were launched, with the sales closing very quickly. This is due to the excellent location of the project in central Sukhumvit which is a prime CBD area of Bangkok while also blessed with the ease of transportation – a must for today’s city dwellers. The project is situated only 150 metres from BTS Asoke Station and the MRT Sukhumvit Station. Besides, it is located right near well-known office buildings and various lifestyle destinations with shopping malls such as The Emporium and K-Village within short commuting distance. Also within easy reach are a large variety of trendy restaurants and hip hang-out areas, namely Thonglor, which is just a 10-minute’s drive away.
