The design concept of the houses was derived from the context of the location of the project in Tambon Suan Prikthai (Peppercorn Garden Sub-district) and the culinary lifestyle as dictated by use of spices to add flavours and colours to the food, just as the addition of excitement to the surroundings. This concept was used to create houses that are differentiated from conventional housing designs. The colour tones used in the conceptual design are distinctive and attractive.

The “modern resort” design concept demands the selection of contemporary materials. The house plans are open up to the natural breeze and light while incorporating the concept of its location in “Peppercorn Garden” and the use of pepper to spice up our food, just like the use of colours to complement the surroundings. Therefore, the design concept aims to differentiate itself from conventional housing developments due to the proximity to the source of inspiration, plus the use of Thai colour tones in the main design theme to create distinctive identity and interest.
