Sansiri continues to be proactive with its horizontal residential developments by launching the following two new Burasiri projects.
- “Burasiri Bueng Nong Kot – Khon Kaen” is Sansiri’s first single-house development in Khon Kaen with a total of 124 units available and the project value of 1 Billion Baht. The on-site Sales Gallery and its clubhouse will be ready for inspection from 17th May 2014 onwards, with prices starting at 6 Million Baht.
- “Burasiri Wongwaen-Onnut” is a community of 388 resort-style residences valued at 2.5 Billion Baht. The project will be ready for inspection this 18th May 2014 onwards, with prices starting at 4.99 Million Baht.

The first new project is ‘Burasiri Bueng Nong Kot – Khon Kaen’, a peaceful community of 124 beautifully designed lakeside modern-style detached homes, valued at 1 Billion Baht in total.
