Sansiri proactive with new horizontal projects Two new “Burasiri” projects launched

Sansiri continues to be proactive with its horizontal residential developments by launching the following two new Burasiri projects.
 
- “Burasiri Bueng Nong Kot – Khon Kaen” is Sansiri’s first single-house development in Khon Kaen with a total of 124 units available and the project value of 1 Billion Baht. The on-site Sales Gallery and its clubhouse will be ready for inspection from 17th May 2014 onwards, with prices starting at 6 Million Baht.
 
- “Burasiri Wongwaen-Onnut” is a community of 388 resort-style residences valued at 2.5 Billion Baht. The project will be ready for inspection this 18th May 2014 onwards, with prices starting at 4.99 Million Baht.  
 
 
Sansiri Plc., stated that, “The public response to the ‘Burasiri’ brand of single-house developments by Sansiri, which was launched in 2006, has always been overwhelming, and we are pleased to announce that we are now ready to launch two new ‘Burasiri’ projects both in Bangkok and upcountry.” 
 
The first new project is ‘Burasiri Bueng Nong Kot – Khon Kaen’, a peaceful community of 124 beautifully designed lakeside modern-style detached homes, valued at 1 Billion Baht in total. This project will be the first single-house development by Sansiri in Khon Kaen, following the success of three previously launched condominiums under the brand ‘THE BASE’. The three projects include ‘THE BASE Height Mitraphap – Khon Kaen’ which was sold-out on the first day of its pre-sale event; ‘THE BASE Theparak – Khon Kaen’ and ‘THE BASE Srichan – Khon Kaen’ – two projects which welcome potential buyers who come for inspection on a continuous basis.
 
The second project is ‘Burasiri Wongwaen-Onnut’, a realm of 388 resort-style residences on Bangna-Trad Highway, valued at 2.5 Billion Baht.

Apart from being Sansiri’s first single-house development in Khon Kaen, “Burasiri Bueng Nong Kot – Khon Kaen” is also the first horizontal residential property by Sansiri in Thailand’s northeastern region. Khon Kaen is one of Thailand’s major provinces which has the potential for fast and exponential developments both in terms of transportation and infrastructure systems. 
 
The province is also regarded as the economic, medical, educational and tourist hub of Thailand’s northeast, and is anticipated to become a major “City of ASEAN”. The city of Khon Kaen is well planned and is suitable both to reside in and for business opportunities.
