Sansiri lays out its ‘T77 Model’ master plan to develop a prime land plot of 41 rai in the booming Sukhumvit 77 neighbourhood The grand plan covers 6 residential projects.

Sansiri has announced its ‘T77 Model’ master plan, which clearly explains how it envisages this prime residential neighbourhood in the Sukhumvit 77 area to be in the near future. The grand plan comprises 6 residential condominium projects – each with its own distinctive lifestyle concept; ‘Habito’ – a new-concept community retail mall; and, the latest addition is the new secondary campus of Bangkok International Preparatory & Secondary School (Bangkok Prep) – one of Thailand’s leading British co-educational school. Most recently, ‘T77’ has welcomed its newest member,  Bangkok International Preparatory & Secondary School (Bangkok Prep) – a leading international school based on the National Curriculum of England – whose campus is located close to T77. The school is scheduled to open in August 2017. Catering for students aged 12-18 years, Bangkok Prep’s secondary campus will offer classes in Year 7 – Year 13. The school’s current campus on Sukhumvit 53 will be turned into a primary school, offering classes from Nursery to Year 6 for students aged 4 – 11 years.
