Sansiri or SIRI has revealed that its Q2-2016 Business Plan will include the launches of seven new projects (five condominium and two single-house projects) valued at 13.2 Billion Baht in total. These new projects will also comprise projects co-developed with BTS Group and continuous projects developed in conjunction with Sansiri’s existing popular developments in Chiang Mai and Phuket. The company targets sales and revenue in the second quarter of 2016 to reach between 7-8 Billion Baht, following the sales success of over 5 Billion Baht achieved during the year’s first quarter, which was boosted by the ‘Move Fast, Time’s Running Out’ and ‘Uniquely You’ promotional campaigns organized to ensure prospective consumers benefit most from the Royal Thai Government’s economic stimulus measures for the real estate industry. Sansiri has also announced that its current presale backlog is worth more than 34,045 Million Baht.

Sansiri Plc. (SIRI), revealed that, “Sansiri’s business operation outlook over the first quarter of 2016 has been highly satisfactory. During the first three months of the year, we have seen the successful launches of four new residential projects, which are three single-house developments – ‘Setthasiri Pattanakarn’, ‘Setthasiri Wongwaen-Lamlukka’ and ‘Burasiri Rangsit’; plus, one condominium project, ‘dcondo Onnut-Rama 9’. Located only 1.2 km. from Airport Rail Link ‘Ban Thap Chang’ Station, ready-to-move-in dcondo Onnut-Rama 9 has already sold units worth 390 Million Baht out of 705 Million Baht in total.”

“During Q1-2016, Sansiri also successfully organized two major promotional campaigns – ‘Move Fast, Time’s Running Out’ and ‘Uniquely You’. The three-day ‘Move Fast, Time’s Running Out’ event in early March generated over 800 Million Baht in sales, while the ‘Uniquely You’ campaign, which ran for an entire month, produced 1.7 Billion Baht in sales. Both campaigns contributed greatly to over 5 Billion Baht in sales Sansiri generated during the first quarter of the year.”, explained Sansiri.

Moreover, during the first three months of 2016, Sansiri made great in-roads into the foreign buyers segment through highly successful road shows in Hong Kong and Malaysia. The BASE Park East, for example, has seen many of its units being reserved by foreign buyers.  In addition, Baan Plai Haad beachfront condominium project on Wong Amat Beach, Pattaya, has also benefited greatly from ‘EARN FROM THE HOLIDAYS’ campaign which allows buyers to gain more from their guaranteed yield and delight in more possibilities for perfect holidays. For the first time in the Thai real estate industry, with this campaign, when you purchase a new Sansiri condominium, you are entitled to spend your vacations at any of Sansiri’s 15 beautiful holiday home projects located in Thailand’s top five tourist destinations – Phuket, Chiang Mai, Hua Hin, Khao Yai and Pattaya. This campaign has created a whole new world of privileges and possibilities for prospective buyers of Sansiri’s vacation condominiums. This year, Sansiri has set a target of 5 Billion Baht in foreign buyer sales, a significant increase from 3.5 Billion Baht in the year before.

“The first three months of 2016 have been highly satisfactory for Sansiri and we foresee even more opportunities for growth in the months ahead. Therefore, we plan to launch seven new projects valued at 13.2 Billion Baht during the second quarter of the year. Of these new projects, five will be condominium and two will be single-house projects. They will also include projects co-developed with BTS Group and continuous projects developed in conjunction with Sansiri’s existing popular developments in Chiang Mai and Phuket which are ‘dcondo Sign 2 Chiang Mai’ and ‘Saransiri Koh Kaew Phuket’. We are targeting sales and revenue in the second quarter of 2016 to range from 7-8 Billion Baht”, added Sansiri.

At present, Sansiri has a presale backlog valued at 34,045 Million Baht, and thanks to a smooth and continuous ownership transfer process, the company has already managed to achieve 60% of this year’s 36 Billion Baht revenue target just in the first four months of the year – a spectacularly high percentage of expected revenue secured. With so many months left in 2016 and with only 40% of the revenue target set to achieve, Sansiri is highly confident it will be able to meet its yearly revenue aspirations. Moreover, the company is well on course to a smooth ownership transfer process of units in 29 completed condominium projects in Bangkok and upcountry provinces. The construction of seven more projects is also scheduled to be completed within this year. All these impressive business achievements are a result of the company’s ‘Engineer for Growth’ business strategy specially formulated for sustainable business growth and robust profitability.  Public Relations Department
