Under collaboration with two other partners – PASAYA and SB Furniture, the project will showcase this sustainable furniture inside 32 real estate projects by Sansiri. SANSIRI X GC: FULFILL YOUR LIVING THROUGH INNOVATION project. The project also sees the collaboration between us with PASAYA and SB Furniture to build environmentally-friendly furniture to be displayed inside 32 real estate projects by Sansiri. It will help reduce as much as 664 kilograms of CO
2 or equivalent to 74 tons of trees in the first phase of the project,” added Mr.Uthai.
Mr.Patiparn Sukorndhaman, Chief Operating Officer – Downstream Petrochemical Business, PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited, said “As a leading chemical company for better living, GC has committed ourselves to offer a better quality of lives for consumers as well as adding value to businesses, communities and society through our chemical innovations that answer to their needs under the concept of “Chemistry for Better Living” and “Circular Economy”, two concepts that we bring to daily life and make it “GC Circular Living”.”
“Through our mutual goal, the partnership between GC and Sansiri will lead to the creation of performance and durable products like water tank made from GC’s high-quality plasticresins, non-VOC solvent for decorative paint suitable for indoor and outdoor use, construction material like wood composite and furnishing products made from recycled plastic for indoor and outdoor use. Moreover, GC also brings recycled polyester from Upcycling by GC project to display in Sansiri show unit which will also have bioplastic utensils that are biodegradable,” added Mr.Patiparn.

If we don’t have the great way to manage our resources, there would be more wastes. I think it is a good thing that we can have a proper system manage leftovers in the world, bring them back to life in a great way possible like this. As a Sansiri resident myself, I’m delighted to be a part of this wonderful project. I hope more and more Thai people would use sustainable products like the ones this project will create.”
As for
Chulaluck Piyasombatkul, designer and owner of
Moo Eyewear who is very much committed in creating sustainable product herself, she said “As a designer, I think creativity is a weapon that helps add value to a product. And this project is a solid proof that if we know the way to manage resources, slowing down its cycle a little bit before it becomes a waste, we can find the way to add value to things or to create products while preserving the environment at the same time.”
Sansiri x GC: Fulfill Your Living Through Innovation project by Sansiri and GC is initiated from shared vision and business goal that focuses on sustainability, natural resources reduction and care for environment. The project will start by displaying furniture made from innovative upcycling process inside show units of 32 real estate projects by Sansiri. And soon it will be displayed at SIRI HOUSE Soi Somkid, Bangkok’s newest lifestyle and cultural hub by Sansiri; and THE CLOUD, a new lifestyle space with a concept of ‘A Healthy Leisure Space’ on 3
