Sansiri has announced its ‘T77 Model’ master plan, which clearly explains how it envisages this prime residential neighbourhood in the Sukhumvit 77 area to be in the near future. The grand plan comprises 6 residential condominium projects – each with its own distinctive lifestyle concept; ‘Habito’ – a new-concept community retail mall; and, the latest addition is the new secondary campus of Bangkok International Preparatory & Secondary School (Bangkok Prep) – one of Thailand’s leading British co-educational school. The company believes ‘T77’ will soon become one of Bangkok’s most desirable residential communities, and that it will responds superbly to virtually all lifestyle demands.

Sansiri Plc., revealed that, “The expansion of Bangkok’s residential areas has developed in pretty much the same way as in many of the world’s metropolises – with residential clusters expanding in all directions to key areas throughout the city. For example, Bangkok now has Silom, Ramkhamhaeng, Lat Phrao, Pinklao and On Nut as important residential zones. Property growth is no longer limited to certain areas such as Phloenchit or Pathumwan like it used to be in the past, but instead, it has expanded far and wide, along the routes of BTS Skytrain and MRT Subway.”

“Whether you’re buying a property for residential or investment purposes, location still reigns supreme as the most essential factor. We believe that the ‘Sukhumvit 77’ location benefits greatly from its proximity to BTS Skytrain and that land prices in this area will continue to rise due to increased popularity as one of Bangkok’s newest, hippest residential & lifestyle neighbourhoods – the ‘T77’. At Sansiri, we have an exciting plan in place to develop this area into a highly-sought after location for both Thai and foreign buyers alike, now and into the future.”
“Sukhumvit 77 or On Nut has emerged as a location with a high growth potential because it is conveniently linked to other parts of the city with either the main Sukhumvit Road, the BTS Skytrain and nearby Expressways. Access to and from is fast and easy and ‘T77’ also benefits from the adjacent natural canal that runs along On Nut Road, making it a popular new location among new-generation home-seekers.”

“Sansiri has already completed five residential condominium complexes in this area, They include Blocs 77, The Base Sukhumvit 77, The Base Park East Sukhumvit 77, The Base Park West Sukhumvit 77, and, Garden Square Sukhumvit 77 – a community of upscale townhouses valued at 10 Million Baht or higher. The sixth and most recently launched residential project was ‘Hasu Haus’, the 7-storey residential condominium tower created under the concept of ‘Urban Slow Living’, which was introduced at the Freshers Weekend event during 28th-29th March 2015. When all the projects of Sansiri in this area are combined, ‘T77’ will become a wonderful living community for more than 5,000 families and will be worth more than 8.7 Billion Baht.”, added Sansiri.

In addition to the six residential projects aforementioned, ‘T77’ will also feature ‘Habito’ – Bangkok’s newest feel-good community retail mall on a grand venue of 10,000 sq.m. situated on a 4-rai land plot. The project will comprise more than 30 stores, ranging from 35 to 700 sq.m. in commercial spaces, and will include a variety of businesses from restaurants to cafes, beauty salons to drugstores, as well as, some of the trendiest co-working spaces. Developed under the ‘Habito: The Heart of Good Living’, the project aspires to offer customers a good quality of life from morning all the way until late at night. Operators of various businesses have shown strong interest in securing commercial spaces at Habito and the recruitment process is still ongoing. Most recently, ‘T77’ has welcomed its newest member,  Bangkok International Preparatory & Secondary School (Bangkok Prep) – a leading international school based on the National Curriculum of England – whose campus is located close to T77. The school is scheduled to open in August 2017. Catering for students aged 12-18 years, Bangkok Prep’s secondary campus will offer classes in Year 7 – Year 13. The school’s current campus on Sukhumvit 53 will be turned into a primary school, offering classes from Nursery to Year 6 for students aged 4 – 11 years.

“We took the time to locate the most appropriate land for the school, and we are convinced that this site provides the perfect location for the new secondary campus,” said Valerie Thomas-Peter, Bangkok Prep’s Head of School.

“Our new campus reflects the need to expand our facilities to meet the demand of our growing student body, specifically that of secondary students in the age bracket 16-18, who are keen to study A levels”, explained Valerie.

Sansiri further noted that, “After the launch of Habito, we are delighted today to announce our friendly new neighbour in Bangkok Prep, which is undoubtedly one of Thailand’s premiere international schools. They have decided to set up a new secondary campus close to at ‘T77’ and we are confident that, together, we will contribute to making this burgeoning new community a wonderful place to thrive in and live in, for both Thai and foreign residents alike. ‘T77’ aims to become a lively new hub of desirable cosmopolitan lifestyle where each and every member of the Sansiri Family will proudly call home. Sansiri takes great pride in knowing that, with every new exciting project and idea we put into this great community, we are adding greater and greater value to our customers at T77 who will not only benefit from the delightful urban lifestyle they desire and deserve, but also from the land prices that will only increase through time.”
