It is followed by Phansuk-Kut Khla Road at 75,000 Baht per sq.m. and Wang Nam Khieo Road at 71,000 Baht per sq.m.
Condominium projects are selling well in virtually all zones surrounding Khao Yai, except Muaklek-Pak Chong where there is currently no condominium project available. Most popular unit types are the ones in the 60,000-99,000 Baht per sq.m. price range. A One-Bedroom unit usually has a dwelling area of 50-75 sq.m. and a Two-Bedroom unit has 75-100 sq.m.
