Sansiri underscores the success of ‘THE BASE’ with the launch of ‘THE BASE Central Pattaya’

Sansiri has once again accentuated its leadership at the forefront of Thailand’s residential property development with the launch of yet another high-potential condominium under the successful brand ‘THE BASE’. Guests and members of the press have recently been escorted on a tour to visit an actual site at THE BASE Chaengwattana where they were updated with the progress report on the construction of another brand new condominium, THE BASE Central Pattaya, which is scheduled to be complete and ready for ownership transfer by April 2016.

Sansiri Plc. noted that, “The licensed construction contractor of THE BASE Central Pattaya is Construction Line Co., Ltd. and we have also hired Project Direction Co., Ltd., as the construction supervisor. The project has been granted the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) certificate on 27th February 2014, and the construction license as per 39 Tawi Act has also been obtained. The actual construction began in March 2014 and currently all construction works are at preliminary stages. Around 10% of the architectural structure has been completed including pile-driving tests. All pile-driving works are scheduled to be finished by 31st May 2014, and the construction process in total is anticipated to last 27 months. We are confident that it will be finished and ready for ownership transfer as planned
in April 2016.”
