The Company adheres to its commitment towards a transparent and ethical organization by completely not accepting all forms of corruption. In a bid to show its organizational stand and ensure the stakeholders of a clear policy and guidelines against the corruption of all forms, Sansiri has been certified as a member of the CAC – Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption.
Sansiri has established a manual on corporate governance and business ethics as the ethical standards for the Company’s business operations and good organizational practice.
Sansiri is always striving for improvement and adherence to ethics. The Company realizes that ethics is an indistinguishable issue from business operations. In particular, conducting business with transparency, fairness, and responsibility is crucial for competitive advantages and sustainable values among Sansiri’s stakeholders. Therefore, the Board of Directors has established the “Code of Ethics” which is stated in the manual of “Corporate Governance and Code of Ethics Handbook” as a guideline for directors, executives, and employees towards good conduct and practices to reflect the consciousness, responsibility, and ethics in performing their duties. Additionally, this enhances good corporate governance and transparency within the organization, as well as concrete implementation of personnel at all levels.

Along with conducting business with integrity and in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance, responsible, and creating benefits for society with fair consideration for all stakeholders, recognising that good corporate governance is an important element that can create value and sustain outcome business growth. The Board therefore stipulated corporate governance policies, code of ethics, and guidelines in accordance with good corporate governance principles in its ‘Corporate Governance and Code of Ethics Handbook’ in written form, to lay the foundations for the Company’s directors, executives, employees, and personnel to carry out their responsibilities. The Board also follows up to ensure adherence and practice while instilling it as a corporate culture as well.
Sansiri Public Company Limited attaches great importance to anti-corruption and being against the giving and receiving bribes. The Board of Directors therefore manages the establishment of a written anti-corruption policy, in line with communicating and transmitting the intention and anti-corruption practices in all working processes. Moreover, the Company’s directors, executives, and employees have to acknowledge, understand, and act strictly in accordance with principles and practice guidelines, including various rules and regulations as stipulated in the anti-corruption policy. In the meantime, all stakeholders are continuously communicated for their practical implementation.
The Company is committed to conducting business with honesty, ethics, transparency, and social responsibility, taking into account the benefits of all stakeholders and in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance, as well as being against all forms of corruption, both directly and indirectly. The Company has opened a channel for whistleblowing or complaints of misconduct that are against the law, rules, regulations, corporate governance policies, code of conduct, and code of conduct for business partners. Stakeholders can report suspicions or complaints, together with details of evidence to the Company. The status of whistleblowers/complainants will be concealed as confidential, while limiting the access of information only to those responsible for the investigation of such suspicions and complaints.
