2017 has been a landmark year for Sansiri, making waves in both national and international real estate arenas, with major partnerships, awards and successful ventures into new markets.   

Here’s a look at Sansiri’s top 10 achievements of 2017.


Sansiri Agent Conference - Singapore, Malaysia, Tokyo

Sansiri held its first ever Agent Conferences in Singapore, Malaysia and Tokyo with its partners Bangkok Bank and Baker & McKenzie. Hundreds of property agents and industry related professionals attended the conference where Sansiri shared insights on the Thai economy and the market outlook for 2017.


International Thai Lifestyle Festivals - Singapore & Hong Kong

Sansiri and its key partners jointly organised the inaugural Thai lifestyle festivals in Singapore and Hong Kong, to further promote Sansiri as a luxury lifestyle brand in key foreign markets.

The event in Singapore was met with tremendous success, with over 125,000 people attending the 3-day event and gross sales of 24.5 million THB. It showcased Thailand’s finest aspects, with a good mix of the traditional and modern. Sansiri also released an exclusive preview of TAKA HAUS, their joint development project with Tokyu Corporation from Japan.


Thai Festival by Sansiri

The iconic Lan Kwai Fong area in central Hong Kong was transformed into a mini-Thailand, with Thai favourites such as a pop-up ‘floating market’ selling ever-popular Thai culinary treats. Visitors were treated to authentic Thai dance and martial arts performances. Sansiri also showcased one of their most popular properties, OKA HAUS during the event.


New Branch Offices in China

Sansiri officially opened 3 new offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, all of them first-tier cities of China. This facilitates Sansiri’s continuing expansion into the Chinese market, and will help to generate the 4.5 billion THB that Sansiri aims to bring in from Chinese buyers in 2018.


Launch of 98 Wireless

2017 saw the launch of Sansiri’s flagship luxury condominium, 98 Wireless. Situated in one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods in Bangkok, 98 Wireless aptly embodies its slogan, “The Best Comes as Standard”. It was also awarded the honour of being the first residential building in Thailand to receive a LEED certification - the foremost program for the design, construction and operation of green buildings.


Le Fonti IAIR Awards 2017

Sansiri and its properties gained much acclaim in the industry with a string of prestigious awards, starting with “Company of the Year - Luxury Real Estate Thailand” and “CEO of the Year in Property and Real Estate in Thailand” at the Le Fonti IAIR Awards held in Hong Kong. Sansiri is the only Thai developer to have received these awards in the Real Estate sector.


BCI Asia -  International Design Awards 2017

Sansiri’s “The XXXIX”’ won the grand prize in the “International Design Awards (Residential) 2017 at the BCI Asia Awards. The project won top honours for its spectacular interior design as created by DWP CitySpace. Sansiri once again was the only Thai real estate developer to receive an award in this category.


PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2017

Sansiri’s position as the leader in Thailand’s real estate development sector was further cemented with 4 wins at the 12th Thailand Property Awards. It received the highest accolades for “The LINE” projects in 3 categories: The LINE Phahon-Pradipat project won both the “Best High-Rise High-End Condominium Development (Bangkok) Award” as well as the “Best Universal Design Development Award”, while The LINE Sukhumvit 101 was awarded the “Best High-Rise Condominium Architectural Design (Bangkok) Award”. Sansiri’s social responsibility efforts were also recognised with the “Special Recognition in CSR” award, with the company winning it for the second year in a row.


The International Design & Architecture Awards 2017

Sansiri’s flagship luxury condominium 98 Wireless received top honours for the “Best Luxury Residence - Global Award” at The International Design & Architecture Awards. The development was designed by DWP, an internationally acclaimed creative architecture firm.


Siri LifeTech Innovations

Sansiri launched a major campaign, Sansiri Life Comes Home 2017, in the last quarter of the year with the theme of ‘Living Reimagined’. Its aim was to reflect Sansiri’s leadership as a real estate developer with unrivalled technology capabilities in all aspects of business and living experience. It featured the showcase of 6 Siri LifeTech innovations designed to complete the modern consumer’s living experience. These innovations are SAN:DEE Delivery Bot, AI Box, Farmshelf, Sansiri Home Service Application, Smart Move and Samitivej @ Home.


Everyday Visionaries Partnerships

Sansiri’s biggest announcement of the year - US$80 million investment into 6 leading global technology and lifestyle businesses.
