The Good Sports are physical activity programmes, initiated by Sansiri, in order to encourage children and youth to use their free time wisely and cheerfully, which will be beneficial to their health and mind in the long run. All programmes are free of charge on a first come first serve basis regardless of social classes or gender.

Sansiri Academy, which provides free football training every weekend, was established to encourage children to exercise, to foster team spirit and discipline, and to help kids develop their talents and potential. Sansiri’s training team comprises of professional football coaches with B and C licenses, including former members of the Thai national team. There are over 6,000 children participating in the Sansiri Academy programme. Sansiri Academy have of 5 location in Bangkok, and 1 in Phuket. making the programme one of the largest free football academies in the region.

In 2012, Sansiri expanded Sansiri Academy by supporting the Tsunami Memorial Football Centre in Phuket—a place where children can learn to play football which was closed due to being unable to afford football coaches and equipment. Discovering that many children, parents, and teachers had requested that the centre be reopened, Sansiri implemented its own Sansiri Academy courses and brought in coaches to teach children as a pilot project in Phuket.

There are many children who are not given the opportunity to play due to lack of play space, equipment, toys, or skill. To raise awareness of children's "Rights to Play", Sansiri collaborated with UNICEF Thailand in supporting the "Let's Play Together" campaign, by providing sport equipment for hill-tribe children in remote area such as Mae Hongsorn and Chiang Mai province; organising a free tennis lesson for underprivileged children, and sponsoring the Special Olympics for children with disability.
