Sansiri sold out THE BASE Park East Sukhumvit77, the 5th T77 project, hasu HAUS nearly sold out with 90%

Sansiri sold out THE BASE Park East Sukhumvit77 as the fifth T77 project that has received tremendous interest among both Thai and foreign customers. Meanwhile, hasu HAUS registered 90% t sold with 95% of the customers, possesing strong faith in Sansiri, have already inspected and transferred the title ownership. It is noted that the Sukhumvit77 (Onnut) area is a bustling business zone with high occupancy by both Thai and foreign customers. At the same time, this area is also recognised as an ideal zone of rental opportunities by both Thai and foreign investors with rental returns as high as 7-8%. Furthermore, Sansiri is now in the process of launching “Habito” as the Company’s first community mall project in June. Thus T77 (Sansiri Town Sukhumvit 77) stands ready to become the hub of the completed and integrated residential community.

Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI), revealed that Sansiri met with the great success in the development of residential projects in Sukhumvit77 Onnut area, with the latest project to close sale being THE BASE Park East Sukhumvit 77 with a total of 504 units.This project is the fifth in the “Sansiri Town Sukhumvit 77” (T77) that has received tremendous response from both Thai and foreign customers with the ratio of 68 % Thai and 32% foreigners. The top three most numerous foreign customers are from Singapore, China and the United Kingdom. About 47% of the purchased units were expected to be rented out while 44% were purchased to serve as private residences. A total of 90%of all the units have gradually been transferred to their owners.

“Sukhumvit77 Onnut is an area of high growth potentials as it is an old community that has been transposed from Sukhumvit Road, composing of residences, shops and many restaurants, locating not far from Onnut BTS Station. At the same time, it is also just a stone’s throw from Bangkok’s high-end businesses, lifestyle and residential development areas, namely Phrom Phong, Thong Lo and Ekamai. Therefore, the T77 area has always been in constant demanded by Thai and foreign customers, especially those from China, Singapore and Japan, who look for residential projects in this area to be rented out due to the high return from rental of 7-8%.

“This is clearly evident where Sansiri projects in the area are concerned as five out of six projects have already closed sales, namely, Blocs77, THE BASE Sukhumvit 77, THE BASE Park West Sukhumvit77, Garden Square Sukhumvit77 high-end townhouses, and the latest – THE BASE Park East Sukhumvit77. And this is while hasu HAUS is also receiving very good response with 90% of the project sold. Moreover customers already moved in blocs77 and THE BASE Sukhumvit77 over 90% and hasu HAUS 95% have already inspected and transferred the title ownership, clearly reflecting the level of owners’ satisfaction in the quality of the project.
