Sansiri and BTS group holdings established to develop condominium projects under Joint-Venture companies along the mass-transit lines,

BTS sky-train and MRT subway. In 2015, Sansiri and BTS group launched the first condominium project, “The Line Jatujak - Mochit”, under Sansiri BTS Holding One in May. After the remarkable and successful presales of 100% sold out within the first day of its officially launched, Sansiri and BTS group have planned to continuously launch more 25 condominium projects under JV companies with total amount of 100 billion baht in the next 5 years.

• Establishment a 50:50 Joint Venture Company
• Exclusively joint invest in developing residential projects for sale with project value over THB 3.0 billion and within a 500 meter radius of all mass transit routes
• SIRI will be in charge of project development including marketing and sales.
